Home Grown


We have got a great little crop of french beans and they are so tasty. Our tomatoes though stricken with blight are still growing. As they start to glow we pick them and place them on the window ledge to ripen it takes about two days for them to turn bright red. They have a full flavour we have been using them on sandwiches and in cooking. We are also picking and using Rosemary, Oregano and bay leaves in our cooking which are excellent for flavouring meat, fish and vegetable dishes.
